Your Fe reads teams and organisations the way most people read weather: instinctively and constantly. You know who is struggling, who is coasting, and what the group needs to perform. Your Ni gives you strategic depth, so you are not just empathetic, you are effective.
Your blind spot is Ti: you can struggle with cold analysis, take logical pushback personally, and avoid decisions that require impersonal metrics over human considerations. You also tend to overextend, taking on everyone's problems as your own.

A few things worth knowing
Your warmth is a leadership style, not a weakness
Some workplaces treat empathy as soft. It is not. Your ability to build trust, develop people, and read a room is a genuine competitive advantage. Find organisations that value it.
Learn to deliver hard feedback
Your Fe wants harmony, but leadership sometimes requires honest friction. Giving someone direct, constructive criticism is a deeper act of care than protecting their feelings.
You are not responsible for everyone's growth
You see potential everywhere and want to carry people to it. Some are not ready. Learning to let people fail is the hardest and most necessary skill for an ENFJ leader.
Protect your energy like a resource
You give until you are empty, then wonder why you are resentful. Schedule recovery the way you schedule work. The best version of you is not running on fumes.
