A few things worth knowing

Your Te sees what is broken instantly. But leading with the fix makes people feel unseen. Name what is working first. Same result, half the resistance.
Your feelings are not inefficiency
Your Fi is your inferior function. When something hurts, sit with it. The ENTJs who burn out are the ones who never stop to feel.
Build the team, not just the system
People inside your org chart need to feel valued, not just deployed. Invest in relationships the way you invest in strategy.
Rest is a strategic asset
Your Te keeps saying there is more to do. But the sharpest version of you is rested, not exhausted. Schedule downtime like everything else.
