A few things worth knowing
Your idealism is a feature, not a bug
You set a high bar for meaningful work and that produces your best output. Do not let practical people talk you out of it. Find a structure that supports the idealism instead of crushing it.
Build one small system for getting things done
Your Te is weak, but you only need a little. One list, one routine, one accountability partner. Just enough structure to get the work from your head into the world.
Promote yourself or be invisible
You hate self-promotion, but nobody will discover your work by accident. Find a way that feels authentic: a portfolio, a trusted advocate, a body of work that speaks for itself.
Not every job has to be your calling
You can do meaningful creative work outside your day job. Sometimes a stable, low-drama role that pays the bills and leaves you energy for your real work is the smartest career move.
